เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์เป็นระบบ Windows XP ค่ะ เมื่อวานนี้ write CD ได้แผ่นหนึ่ง ด้วยโปรแกรมใน Windows แต่เมื่อจะ write แผ่นที่สอง มันก็ขึ้นข้อความว่า CD Writing Wizard Cannot Complete the CD Writing Wizaed There was an error in the writing process. The disc you have attempted to write may no longer be usable. What do you want to do? O Eject this disc and try making another CD O Delete the files that are waiting to be written O Save the files so that I can try again later ตอนแรกเข้าใจว่าที่ write CD ไม่ได้ เป็นเพราะ CD มีปัญหา แต่เมื่อเปลี่ยนแผ่น CD แล้วสั่ง write อีกครั้ง ก็ขึ้นข้อความเช่นนี้อีก จึงเลือกคำสั่ง Delete file มันก็ขึ้นข้อความ Error Deleting File or Folder Cannot delete (ชื่อ file): Cannot find the specified file. Make sure you specify the correct path and file name. แม้จะลบ file ในหน้าของ Files Ready to Be Written to the CD โดยใช้คำสั่ง Delete temporary files ก็ทำไม่สำเร็จ มันขึ้นข้อความ Error Deleting File or Folder Cannot delete (ชื่อ file): Cannot find the specified file. Make sure you specify the correct path and file name. เมื่อเครื่องมีอาการเช่นนี้ มี file ค้างรอ write แต่ write CD ไม่ได้ จึงคิดวิธีต่างๆที่จะจัดการ file ไป ก็ไม่สำเร็จ ใช้วิธีเปลี่ยนชื่อก็ไม่ได้ มันขึ้นข้อความ Error Renaming File or Folder Cannot rename file: Cannot read from the source file or disk. จะย้าย file โดยคลิกคำสั่ง Move this file มันขึ้นข้อความ Error Moving File or Folder Cannot move file: Cannot read from the source file or disk. หรือจะคัดลอก file ไปไว้ที่อื่น โดยคลิกคำสั่ง Copy this file มันขึ้นข้อความ Error Copying File or Folder Cannot copy file: Cannot read from the source file or disk. ไม่ทราบว่าจะลบ file นี้อย่างไร จึงขอรบกวนท่านผู้รู้ช่วยแนะนำด้วย ขอบคุณค่ะ
